Grade-A-Refurbished

Condition: A Grade-A refurbished device is in excellent condition showing no or very minimal wear which may include cosmetic scratches/blemishes. It has been professionally inspected, cleaned, and restored by the 3 rd Party Authorized Refurbisher.

Grade-B-Refurbished

Condition: A Grade-B refurbished device is in good used condition showing some wear including minor cosmetic scratches on casing and/or minor display imperfections but is fully functional. It has been professionally inspected, cleaned, and restored by the 3 rd Party Authorized Refurbisher.

Grade-C-Refurbished

Condition: A Grade-C refurbished device could be described as ‘well used condition’. The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will most likely not affect the function of the machine. It has been professionally inspected, cleaned, and restored by the 3 rd Party Authorized Refurbisher.

Open Box

Condition: Open Box items are products that have either been returned to us by customers who have ordered the wrong item, end of line products or overstocked products.
