Most orders over $249 qualify for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping only covers all major 48 States via FedEx /UPS Ground (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
Your order may not qualify Free Shipping for the following reasons:
1, It’s a special order
2, The item is out of stock or backordered.
3, The item particular qualities like size, weight, type of material or other things
Unfortunately, we do not offer Store Pickups.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses.
Where we ship
We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.
Shipping Options & Policies
We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking.
- We ship through UPS / FedEx
- Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purpose) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple shipments. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple shipments.
- Since we are not using USPS services, delivery option not available to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
- Signature may be required upon receipt. No exceptions!
- Packages cannot be rerouted to different address or picked up at FedEx location. Delivery times may vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
- Overweight and /or Oversized items (Example: TV, Commercial Printers, Servers) ship through UPS/ FedEx Freight method.
- If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address reason or declined or undeliverable addresses by the carrier, CompTechDirect reserves the right to charge the original shipping cost / handling fee and to charge the payment method used for costs we incur related to return of declined or undeliverable packages to us.
- Most of our products are stocked in multiple warehouses all around the US and your order may ship out from outside state of California.
